1. Who We Are

Cloudpire IT Services ("Cloudpire," "we," "our," or "us") is a cloud consulting firm registered in the United States. We provide cloud assessment, migration, security, compliance, and managed services to businesses.

Our primary website is cloudpire.co. This Privacy Policy covers information collected through this website and any communications you initiate through it.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to respond to your enquiries and provide our services. We do not purchase data, run advertising campaigns, or build user profiles.

Information you provide directly

  • Contact form submissions — your name, work email address, company name, and message. This information is transmitted via your own email client directly to our inbox. It is not stored in a database by Cloudpire.
  • Academy early-access registrations — your name, email address, company (optional), and domain of interest. Transmitted via your email client in the same way.
  • Newsletter sign-ups — your email address. Currently managed manually. When we integrate a newsletter platform, this policy will be updated.
  • Email correspondence — any information you include when emailing us directly at hello@cloudpire.co.

Information collected automatically

  • Server and access logs — IP addresses, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and pages visited. These are processed by Cloudflare (our hosting provider) as described in Section 5.
  • Theme preference — your dark/light mode choice is saved in your browser's localStorage. This is local to your device and never transmitted to us.

We do not use analytics platforms, advertising networks, tracking pixels, session recording software, or behavioural profiling tools.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Responding to your enquiries and requests for information
  • Scheduling and conducting discovery calls
  • Providing the consulting services you engage us for
  • Sending you content you have specifically requested (insights, early-access updates)
  • Complying with legal obligations
  • Protecting the security and integrity of our website and business

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

For visitors from the United States, we process information based on your consent (when you submit a form) and our legitimate business interest in responding to enquiries.

For visitors from the European Union or United Kingdom, we rely on the following lawful bases under the GDPR:

  • Consent — when you complete and submit a form on our website
  • Legitimate interests — responding to business enquiries, maintaining website security, and improving our services where these do not override your rights
  • Contract — processing necessary to fulfil a consulting engagement you have entered into with us
