For assessment and audit engagements, we can typically begin within two weeks of contract signing. For larger migration or programme engagements, we agree a start date during scoping.
Our smallest engagements are Cloud Readiness Assessments, which start at $8,000. We do not have a minimum engagement size policy — we have a minimum engagement value standard: every engagement must deliver clear, measurable value.
Yes. Our delivery team spans five continents and we regularly engage clients in the US, UK, EU, and APAC. All engagements are conducted in English and priced in USD or GBP.
The Cloudpire founder is the senior practitioner and primary contact on every engagement. For larger programmes, specialist contractors with relevant credentials supplement delivery — but the Principal is always accountable.
